Default Time-based forwarding???

I have a system that needs to be able to send emails to certain groups of
people. During the daytime the emails should go to the managers, but after
office hours and on the weekends the emails should go to the guards on duty.

Is there a way to have emails forwarded to the correct group base on date
and time?

Thanks!

No. You'd need to enable and disable rules.
