Default Off Page Connector Does Not Work.

I have created a data flow diagram and at the bottom of each page, I put an
off page connector to jump to the next page. So page 1 has a connector that
jumps to page 2, page 2 has a connector that jumps to page 3 and so on. I
had accidentally created a duplicate page 3, so page 3 and 4 were the same.
I deleted page 4 and renamed page 5 to page 4. I then deleted the off page
connector on page 3 and add a new OPC to page 3 to jump to page 4. That OPC
does not work when I double click on it. It just stays on page 3. What did
I do wrong.

Hello Tom,

You'll need to delete you off page connectors and add them again as I guess
the existing ones (or at least some) are pointing to pages and shapes that
aren't there.

The OPC addon generates GUIDs, which are unique IDs, when the shape is
dropped onto a page so that each connector shape knows what shape and on
what page it has to navigate to. If you're interested you can have a look
at this thread which talks about accessing these via code:

http://www.microsoft.com/communities...b-29f0385a29f4

Unless you have a lot of pages then I would just replace them manually.

Hope that helps.

Best regards

John
