Default Printing non-contiguous rows at the top

Using the 'rows to repeat at top' field of page setup, is there a way to
print non-connected rows (i.e. rows 1, 2, 5, & 6)? The formula only allows
for $1:$x and all rows inclusive.

Try using Rows(1:6) and then hide Rows(3:4)
If that messes up the appearance of page one then print page 1 separately.
