everything about contacts and using them
Hi, I am relatively new to Outlook, never needed it for anything but regular
e-mail. Got an assignment: there is a roller deck of contacts ( hunderds of them) that need to be put into Outlook contacts, categorized and then used for e-mails. So, how would I go about that? Thanks |

With your fingers and a keyboard? If you have a card scanner that
integrates with outlook you might be able to scan them in but will need to review them for corrections. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: Do you keep Outlook open 24/7? ... What is a "roller deck"? One brand name is "Rolodex". A roller deck is a device that holds business cards in a cylindar and you can look through them by rotating the cards along the central axis.
