2003 not genuine???
I'm not sure what you did to cause this, but the solution is to re-activate
the vista product. Go to Start / Computer / System Properties and at the bottom it should show the status of your activation. It'll probably say activate windows. If it does, then enter your product code and follow the wizard. If it says already activated or the product code doesn't work, go to to Start / Search and type slui 4 (note the space - it's important) and then select your country and click next. It will give you a phone number to the activation support center. Wade through the automated system until you reach a human and explain the problem. They should be able to help you re-activate your system. If that doesn't work (if they can't help) try the following: Go to Start / Programs / Accessories / Command prompt and right click on command prompt and click run as administrator. Type sfc /scannow (note the space - it's important) and enter and let it run. This will check and fix some of your system files. Hopefully it will complete with no errors it was unable to repair. This may resolve the problem. Good luck and I hope this helps. OOPS. That was for a vista problem, not an office problem. You need to
re-activate office using the office product key. But the slui 4 procedure should still work to get you to the activation support people who can also help you with your office product. The sfc procedure might also help if the activation people don't help you. "Lorien" wrote: I'm not sure what you did to cause this, but the solution is to re-activate the vista product.
