Default Does anyone have a template for book writing?

I ghostwrite books and would like to have a template that drops the chapter
headings down on the first page of each. Also, if the template could not
print page numbers on blank facing pages at the start of a chapter and
provide a format for running heads and feet at the top and bottom of pages,
it would be so helpful!

Hi. Would you mind contacting me via email? I'd like to create a book
template for all of those that ask, but I'm not sure what all would be
wanted, and upload it for free downloads. I can do what you've asked so far.
Anything else?
