Default Word email borders

A friend would like to put a Christmas border around an email message. If
he uses Word to do this he does not seem to be able to use the Art borders
only the basic ones. Is there a way to do this?

TIA

You are wanting a Christmas stationery.
Why do you need Word?

It's just that I worked this out for him a couple of years ago in Word but
now cannot remember how.

I did a search for them in Google but could not find anything. Are they
online with these borders?

I mentioned the actual creator. Just Google "Free Xmas Borders" and there's
loads of stuff available. I just got a nice string of multi-colored Xmas
balls in .jpg format and they look great in any application. They can be
edited for size etc. Some good animated borders are available, but they might
not work in all applications.
