Ouitlook 2003 BCM
Business Contact Manager will not post in the menu bar...
cannot use a lot of the features. I have reinstalled repeatedly. m

DO you have an Exchange account in the profile?
What operating system? Do you have Administrative rights to the maching? Do you see the Business Tools menu?
