Default Office 2007 Multiple Language Pack Installation - No Spell Check!

Hi,
As we are a translation agency, the spell checking facility in Office is
invaluable to us. However, since upgrading to Office 2007 and installing
multiple language packs, only a very few languages are listed as having a
spell checker when selecting the language in Word or PowerPoint etc. Can
anyone explain why and how to get it to work properly?

Some time ago, we downloaded three ISO files which came with our multiple
user licence and extracted all the files which were in the compressed EXE
files, for instance
SW_CD_NTRL_Office_Language_Pack_2007_W32_Norwegian _1_PA_BP_X12-47250.EXE.
There were 37 of them, so we expanded all of them to a shared folder, ending
up with a list of 684 folders called for example ACCESS.RU-RU or
ROSEBUD.PT-PT. As we have 5 machines each needing all the languages, we used
a BAT file which called up the Office 2007 install program and in conjunction
with an mlconfig.xml file, we made sure each language was ticked so that it
would be installed, spell checker and all.

However, when going into the Office Language Settings via the Start Menu, in
the list of display languages, there are only 5 languages listed and in the
Editing Languages Tab all the languages have been copied over to the Enable
Editing Languages box, though many of them have '(limited support)' next to
them.

Looking in Programs and Features or Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel (we
use both XP and Vista), there are only a couple of entries – 'Microsoft
Office Language Pack 2007 – German/Deutsch' for instance. Should there not
now be 37 of them in there?
How can I get all the languages' spell checkers working?

Is it now possible to download the actual Proofing Tools for Office 2007 and
how could I get them to install on all machines automatically, rather than
language by language and one machine at a time?

Many thanks,

Dan
