Hi,

No, the width and height properties are not available to chart text
items, such as chart title, axis titles and data labels. The only way to
increase the dimensions is with padding characters, even then the text
may automatically decide to wrap.

If you need full control over chart text items then use need to use
textboxes. Of course this will not be as dynamic as the built-in text
items so may require code to update their positions.
