Is there a limit on Solver? alternatively does anyone know
any code that does something similar?

Sorry wasn't very clear with the q. Apparently Solver has
a limit of 200 adjustable cells in Excel 2K. Is there a
way to get around this?

You can get, for a hefty fee, more powerful solvers from
Frontline Systems, the company that developed Excel's Solver.
