Default eps import not visible on screen

I have read most of the postings regarding not being able to view an eps
inported graphic on screen, but nothing has helped our situation (including
KB178900). When importing the same .eps file, one of our computers shows the
image onscreen, but 4 others don't. Those that don't show it, will print it.

It appears that the eps file DOES have an included .TIFF preview image,
because we don't get "the name of the file in the top left corner of the box"
(from KP178900). Those 4 computers just show a blank box.

All computers are running Office XP Pro with all updates, installed from the
same CDs (we have a volumne license).

Could it be a computer monitor driver issue for us?

We're scratchin' our heads on this one.

Jerry
