Default Export & import of addess book

Hi

As part of my regular backing up process I exported by address book and
saved it on CD. Because of a virus I've had to reinstall Windows and now
need to import the Address Book. Unfortunately it just says "an error has
occurred...." when I try. What's gone wrong and can the problem by resolved?

I previously had XP SP2 and XP has been reinstalled for me but I'm not sure
if it's SP2.

If this is the machine in question, I can see from your message headers that
you now have XP/SP3.

Copy the Address Book from the CD to your HDD. Right click on it |
Properties, and uncheck the Read Only attribute. Open OE and then open the
Address Book. Now try to import it. You can't import the AB from the main OE
screen.
