lost e-mail
i have cancelled an "identity"and lost all the mail attached to it. is it
possible to retreive it?

Start by doing an Advanced search and include Hidden Files and Folders.

It will redownload any messages still left even if they've been read by the other identity.. HTH, Twayne`
