Default Can receive all emails, but cannot send any!

I recently set up my email account with outlook. It works fine at the
office, but when I tried to get it working at home it will not let me send
any emails. I don't know whether it's because I have multiple locations or
because it is set-up wrong? Any suggestions?

Depend on the type of account, and if relaying is allowed for the outgoing
smtp server

Do you get any send errors? Are you authenticating with the mail server?

yea; i think so. i have the following:

pop.secureserver.net POP/SMTP (Default)

Incoming Mail Server (POP3): pop.secureserver.net
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): smtpout.secureserver.net

I have my logon information entered correctly, my user name and email is
entered correctly. I can get emails, but I cannot sent them. Also, when I
test the account settings it tells me "the specified server was found, but
there was no response from the server. Please verify that port/SSL info is
correct.

I have gone to the Advanced Tab in More Settings, but I still could not get
the system to check fine. This is a work email and I am trying to access my
work email from the webmail and I have my email address/password entered
correctly. I have no idea what to do; hopefully I've given enough
information to help you help me!

I checked that box, put in my user name/password and then tried to send test
message and it still will not work.

I have exactly the same problem! It's driving me crazy. I set up everything,
I can receive emails but I get this when I try to send them.

The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'Test', Account:
'France-Monaco-Rentals', Server: 'mail.france-monaco-rentals.com', Protocol:
SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): Yes, Socket Error: 10013, Error Number:
0x800CCC0E

Can anyone suggest anything??? I'd be so happy!
