Default W/ duplex bound printing, chapters set to start on front of page?

When duplex printing with Chapters, how can I set Word so that each Chapter's
first page prints on the front of the page instead of the back?

If each chapter begins with an Odd Page Break you should get this result (a
blank even page will be inserted as needed).
