Default how to recover deleted email

my emails are stored in hard disk c: drive as back up and last week i lost
all my old saved mails

how can i recover deleted email from my harddisk

i dont have any back up in my server

Hi kaja,

Unless you backed up your Emails with an External program or use Acronis
or similar program, you are out of luck. Windows System Restore does not
effect Emails.

But are you should the messages really have been deleted, or Outlook
just lost track of them and your Profile is corrupt.
