Default Combo Box Not in List function

I have a combo box called RECC. It does not look up any table for the
values. I typed in the values (string statements). How do I add to the list
if the user types in a string that is not in the list? I would also like to
give the option to the user (essentially to avoid the spelling error) whether
he/she wants to add the new value or not via message box. Could someone
help me?

Thanking you
Leo
