Default Appearance of Names in Contacts

Using Outlook 2002, I have one user who screwed up her contacts somehow. When
she is addressing an email and clicks on contacts to list the address book,
all contacts come in as first name, last name. It should be last name, first
name.

I've gone into the properties of the contacts list, and I've gone into the
individual contacts to make sure everything in there (file as, display as,
full name) is entered correctly, last name first. All looks good, yet it
still show up backwards when pulling up the list from within an email.

I'm baffled. Can anyone help?

Yeah, forgot to add that I've checked there too. I have no clue how this user
did it, and unfortunately, neither do they.

There has to be somewhere that it is pulling that format from.
