Default Where are the TQM shape definitions?

I am trying to use the TQM diagram in Visio. I'd like to clearly know what
each shape means, but I can't find any clear definitions.

Most of the shapes should be self-explanatory, if they aren't then
either you don't need them or the shape is nothing to do with TQM.
I've just done a search for shapes used by TQM software, the only
shapes other that standard boxes and flowchart symbols are to be found
in some software that appears to be a complete copy of the Visio
stencils and they've copied all the mistakes as well ! Rather funny!

Thank you for your help Paul. I'm already doing as you suggested. I just
hate when I don't have all the facts, but as you say they are more or less
self explanitory. Cheers!
