Can I copy a folder to a file on my computer ?
the answer to your question is yes
Open outlook, go to file / import and export / choose Export to file / next / choose Personal folder file (.pst) / next / highlight the folder to export / next / Browse were to save it to and Finish. You can choose to password protect it if you wish. Now you can send the file and import it to another PC. Import it the same way that you exported it. -----Original Message----- Is it possible to copy a folder in Outlook to a folder or file on my computer? . |
