Default Which disc do I load, Office xp2002 with Media Content or w/out?

I just ordered Microsoft Office xp Pro thru the Home Use program. I received
2 discs, one that says Version 2000 & the other says Version 2000 with Media
content. Not being computer savvy, what is the difference & which one do I
load?
