Publisher 2001 disk damaged!
I had a BIG system crash - lightning induced - and am trying to rebuild the
system. My Publisher 2000 SR1 disk hangs when trying to read MS09.DLL. Examining the disk, I see one small scratch - could be the problem? What do I do now? Can't afford to purchase another full copy........ Thanks for help and suggestions. |

Thanks for help and suggestions. ===================================== Clean the disk with some warm water and a soft cloth...wipe from center to edge not in circles. If cleaning does not help...you may be able to order a replacement at the following site: (302822) PUB: How to Order a Replacement CD http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=302822 -- John Inzer return e-mail disabled |
