Default Meeting drops off calendar prior to Accept/Decline

We have a few users in our company experiencing an issue where certain
meeting requests will drop off their calendar before the recipient has
a chance to accept or decline the request. Initially when the request
is delivered to the recipient's inbox, the calendar shows the time as
tenative. After a random amount of time (usually less than a couple of
hours), the tentative "meeting" drops off the recipient's calendar. If
the recipient accepts the request, the meeting appears on the
recipient's calendar as expected and remains there. The user is
running Outlook 2003 SP1.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Thanks, Kevin

Yes. Both of them are involved. The BES is version 3.6 SP3. We
recently applied the latest CDO.dll to both our BES and the Exchange
Servers. However this problem existed before the update. We were
hoping the update would solve the problem. No such luck.

I have not...we are currently evaluating Office SP2 in our environment
and this person is a high-level exec in our organization. I am a
little leary of going down this path. Any other ideas?

Any chance this could be some kind of corruption in the mailbox? It
seems strange that this would be a client issue.
