Default Table of contents

Hi,

Not sure if this is the right forum, but hey, thought I
would give it a go!

I'm tring to insert a table of contents in a word document
but keep getting an error that says there is no table of
contents entries found.

I use InsertIndexes and tables then insert the table.
I've tried using bullets and then highlighting them to
insert the table, making a normal table and then insert
the table of contents but all to no avail!!

Any ideas anyone?

Default Table of contents

A table of contents is built from either the paragraphs to which Heading
Styles (Heading 1, Heading 2, etc.) have been used in the document or form
text that is marked with TC fields.
