Default Outlook should be able to upload events from a file

I should be able to create a file that is uploadable on any (non-networked)
computers to add the events automatically. Not sharing. i.e. meeting, weekly
events, deadlines.

Default

Currently you can save an appointment/event into an iCal/vCal file which
other users can import. Those files are an open format that programs other
than Outlook can also use.
