Error message received during archiving

I setup Outlook 2003 to archive certain items on a specfic schedule, etc.

The problem is that occationally when I log back on to my computer after
hibernation, Outlook provides me an error message indicating: Error while
archiving folder...then it goes on to say something about a non-type of file
and should be a pst file and opens a dialog box to select a pst file.

When I select the proper pst file, Outlook does not accept it, etc. In
order to get archiving back up and running, I must restart Outlook.

Any suggestions would be gladly appreciated.

Per your request, please find the entire error message below:

Error while archiving "Sent Items" in store "Mailbox - myexchangeaccount".
You are attempting to archive your data to a MS Outlook 97-2002 Personal
Folders File (.pst) which is a non-Unicode data file. To preserve
multilingual data, you must choose a Unicode data file, such as MS Office
Outlook Personal Folders File (.pst). See help for more information.

I should note that my data file is an Outlook 2003 pst file and have only
english-formated messages.

Upon a clean reboot of the computer or restart of Outlook, this error does
not occur and archiving functions normal.

My assumption is that the data gets corrupted some how during the
Hibernation process or not all the data is actually saved into memory.
