Default Transfering Contacts

I have made distribution lists and i would like to know
how to create a Global Address List so that they will be
available to others in the office.

The Exchange Server administrator controls the Global Address List. If
you're not using Exchange, see
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/groupcontacts.htm for other contact-sharing
solutions.

you could try coping it to a public folder
