Each subreport has Link Master and Link Child properties. This allows you to select the fields from the Main report and Subreport that are common. This is exactly the same as the Link Master/Child properties for forms and subforms. -- Duane Hookom MS Access MVP -- "STELLA" wrote in message ... i HAVE MANAGED TO JUST DRAG TWO REPORTS ONTO ANOTHER ONE, MAKING ONE FINAL REPORT. i WANT THIS REPORT TO SHOW A DIFF PERSON DETAILS ON EACH PAGE USING ALL THREE (!), IF I LINK ON A UNIQUE ID WILL IT DO THIS., AND IF SO, I BELIEVE I HAVE TO USE LINKCHILD/FIELD? bUT WHERE IS THIS, HAVENT DONE BEFORE THANKS |
