Default Printing Postcards with mail merge

I'm merging my Excel file which has names and addresses with my postcard design. 1/4 page, 4 postcards per 8 1/2 x 11 page. Everytime I do the merge, I get the same name 4 times on that page. I want it to skip to the next name with each postcard.

Is there a way to do that??

Any help is appreciated!
Patty

Hi Patty ),
in the newsgroups

Which version of Publisher are you using?

Are you aware that the Print Preview feature does show you the merged names,
only a single record? Not until you print will you actually see the multiple
records printed. Click on the TEST button in the Print Merge dialog to print
the first two post cards on a blank sheet of paper so you can see that they
actually do appear properly.
