Default Printing Selected pages from Mail Merge Doc

Even though we can print selected pages from a regular
document this feature did not want to work with our mail
merged document. We had a need to print groups of pages
on different letterheads and ended up having to use the
print current page route which took a lot longer than if
we could have selected a range of pages.

All pages were spooled to the printer when we selected a
range of pages ie. 6-10.

If your main mailmerge document is one page, and you have say 10 records
to merge, you will produce merged document with 10 pages in 10 sections
of one page each. If you want to print the pages 6 thru 10 of the
merged document, instead print sections 6 thru 10 (i.e., s6-s10).
