Default emails blank on outlook express

I've seen the long correspondence about the problem of blank emails on
Outlook Express. Not sure that Russ Rimmer ever found a solution. My
new Dell machine went down with this problem in the first few weeks and
Dell advised taking it back to factory specs and starting again, in
case a bug had crept im. I did this. But now the same problem has
happened again. I receive emails but can't see them. Microsoft comes up
with the following diagnosis:

C:\DOCUME~1\PAVEL\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER8a38.dir00\msim n.exe.mdmp
C:\DOCUME~1\PAVEL\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER8a38.dir00\appc ompat.txt

Can anyone decode this for me and tell me how to corrrect the problem?

Not really, since those files are located on your system and not available
to anyone here. Try opening them in Notepad or Wordpad and see if they
provide any useful information.

Ttry Start, Run and enter:
regsvr32 inetcomm.dll

If that doesn't help, then see if the fix in this article applies:
OLEXP: Message Appears Blank and Has an ATT000XX.txt or ATT000XX.htm
