Possible to use OEM key when converting Trial version

Hi,

I bought a new computer this summer. Preinstalled was an OEM-version of
Vista Business and an OEM-version of Office Professional 2007. I have bought
the licenses and I have a product key for Office 2007 Professional.

Then I chose to uninstall Vista Business and run XP Professional instead.
But then I couldnt access the OEM-version of Office. So I just downloaded a
trial-version of Office Professional 2007 with the hope that I might be able
to convert it to the licensed version.

Now the trial version has expired and I need to unlock it. But it refuses to
accept my Office license. I have checked the 25 digits multiple times.

Is it possible to convert a trial version (or any downloadable version) of
Office with an OEM-key?

How do I install Office in a smooth way, without ordering backup discs that
I am going to have to pay extra for because I do not have my receipt with VAT
information available?

The only thing I currently have available is my Office, Vista and XP
licenses and product keys.

I am very greatful for any kind of support.

The OEM key for Office is tied to the OEM installation so no good on your
trial version.

If your PC came with downgrade rights to winXP then contact the supplier for
the Office cd.
If on the other hand you've used your own winxp cd, then you are stuffed as
the OEM License isnt transferable.
