Default Office Online now hard to read

On my browser, at least, (IE6, because IE7 debilitates some of our enterprise
apps), Office Online's new layout and color make it impossibly hard to read.
The header is blue, with the Office Online logo in an uneven white block (as
if the white was supposed to be transparent), and the header is 1/4 of my
screen height. There's blue text on blue background, grey text on blue
background, all very hard to read. When I search, especially in the Developer
area, the entire screen is blue with blue text, but sometimes with grey boxes
outlined by a chunky black dotted-line. Am I the only person in the world
having this experience? Is it a browser version issue? I'm running XP sp3,
O2k7, IE6 with Silverlight, flash, the whole nine yards, on a machine rigged
for graphic design - Everything is latest version except IE, for above-stated
reasons. This seems to be new, this week. If my miserable experience is not
unique, but actually universal, holy cow, what a colostomy!
