office 2007 - operat
After my laptop shutdown for low power, (prior to fully closing the office
application)When computer powered up outlook 2007 was not responding. After closing and trying to reopen. I immediately get popup error message Microsoft office outlook is not working". also when trying to open any other office application(word, onenote, etc). The following popup appears "The operating system is not presently configured to run this application". All office applications were running fine till I got this error. Now offce will not open, nor can i reinstall, or uninstall. I was able to run office diagnostics and it came back with no problems.
