Cannot copy any formatting/objects between documents in Word 2000
I hope someone can help me with this problem. I have just upgraded my
PC and reinstalled Office 2000, but I have a continual problem whereby I cannot copy objects (particularly tables) between two open documents. For example, I have a 3x3 table in Document 1 and I want to copy to document 2 so I can reuse it. On copying, the values within the table copy but the table itself does not (I have tried paste and paste special). I don't understand what has changed as I could do this last week. In addition, any CTRL+A copying will only copy text (not pictures, tables etc.). I'm sure a setting must have changed somewhere, but I'm not sure where. BH |
