Default Changing font sizes when making labels

OK - I give up. Occasionally I create shipping labels. When printed they appear in my default font and size - Arial 12. I would like to increase the font size of the label to 16 or 18. How do I do it?

In the Label dialog, select the text of the address, right-click, and select
Font.
