leading zeros
I would like to format my page numbers with four leading zeros. Is that
possible in Word?

Yes add a switch {Page \# "00000"}
which will produce 00001 on page 1 but 00010 on page 10 or if you always want four zeros regardless of the page numbers put the zeros outside the field eg 0000{Page} which will produce 00001 or 000010 respectively -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Island Life wrote: I would like to format my page numbers with four leading zeros.
