Not sure what you are talking about. You don't tell us what program you are
using. If it is Microsoft Access (whihch is what this newsgroup is for)
then you need to tell us if you are in a form, table, query, or report.

We need a lot more details than this.

And I will add that if you are not using Microsoft Access, you should go
to the newsgroup that supports the program you are using. Word maybe?

BTW in word there is a setting for paragraph settings and it may be set
to double space (an enter key starts a new line)

database program in Office Professional. It appears your question may not
be related to these subjects. The Microsoft help system is not all that
clear and may have misdirected you here.

It is best to ask your questions in a newsgroup dedicated to the
subject of your question. You should find people better able to address
your problem there.

Note: It is always best to indicate the name and version of any
program(s) you may be using when asking a question and also indicate the
operating system (like Windows XP or 98) when you ask a question.
