Default outlook configuration

I receive a message that Outlook can not connect to
the Exchange Server while attempting to configure Outlook
on one workstation.
It has the same DNS entries as functional workstations,
I can ping the exchange sever IP. I am not sure what
else to check at this point.
I have re-installed Office 2003.

Ensure that you have "Client for Microsoft Networks" installed on the machine.
