Default How to make a subform always show up as a form, not a datasheet?

I've had forms with subforms before, and when I created them through
the Form Wizard, the subform always showed up as whatever I picked. If
I picked datasheet, it stayed a datasheet. If I picked columnar/
tabular (I forget which), the subform stayed in that format.

Now I have a subform that I added by dragging a table on to the form
and using the resulting wizard to make the associations. In Design
View, this subform shows up like a form. But when I switch to Form
View, it turns into a datasheet. I know that I can get it back by
going to View Subform Form. But other people will also be using
this form, and I need to make it be Form by default. What property or
setting can I change to make this happen?

Thanks in advance.

Rachel,
a form has a property called 'Allow datasheet view'
You can set it to No, and set 'Allow form view' to Yes.

Thanks, Jeanette. Where can this property be set? It isn't in any of
the Properties tabs.

Wait a sec...looks like some properties are accessible through right-
clicking and saying "Properties", and other properties are accessible
through going through the menu. Most of the fields are the same, but
the menu has a few more. Wacky fun!
