Default Linking areas in a document

Can I link a cell in a table to the header of that same document? For
example; I want the information I type into a cell of a table to show up in
the header of the document.

Copy the cell. Paste Special, paste as link, unformated text.

Hi lutzeternal,

If you use a special Style for the cell's contents, you could use a STYLEREF field in the header to replicate the cell's contents.
