Not showing Data points with Zero value
Dear experts,
I am trying to graph (pie chart) data and some of the data points have a zero value. I do not want those to show in pie chart. Is there any way to have a zero supression in the pie charts? Thanks in advance. Neal |

That narrow a wedge is probably not visible g. You can suppress the labels with a custom number format. Double click the labels and click on the Number tab. Click on Custom, and add two semicolons after the format (General or 0.00% or whatever). This doesn't work if you're using labels plus percentages for the data labels. - Jon ------- Jon Peltier, Microsoft Excel MVP http://www.geocities.com/jonpeltier/Excel/index.html _______ Neal wrote: Dear experts, I am trying to graph (pie chart) data and some of the data points have a zero value. That's better than the macro I was going to post that deleted the label but kept the point in the chart. When the data changed you had to run another macro to reset the labels (or do them manually). - Jon ------- Jon Peltier, Microsoft Excel MVP http://www.geocities.com/jonpeltier/Excel/index.html _______ Andy Pope wrote: Hi Neal, This may help, (http://www.andypope.info/charts/piezeros.htm) Neal wrote: Dear experts, I am trying to graph (pie chart) data and some of the data points have a zero value.
