Problems creating a numbered list
I am working on a free document about drawing and colorizing with Photoshop. I have 25 pages so far .. things are running smoth .. except for two things:
When I try to create a numbered list, I do the following: 1) Select the text the list should consist of 2) Click on the numbered list icon. The result is that not only the selected text, but the entire paragraph is made into a numbered list! The same thing happens when I tries to indent some text. Another problem: How does Word documents handles images and DPI? If I want a 5*5 cm image at 200 DPI, how can I make word give the image the right size? (They appear to be too big inside word!) Your second question should be reposted as a separate post (preferably in
microsoft.public.word.drawing.graphics). For the first, see http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting...eformatted.htm -- Suzanne S. If you still haven't found a solution, perhaps it's best to repost the
problem as a new message. Try to describe what you expect to see, what you do see, and what you have tried so far to make it work the way you want. -- Stefan Blom "Kasper Hviid" skrev i meddelandet ... Are you trying to create a list like this; 1. the first item, 2. the second item, 3. the third item; all in one paragraph? If so, you will need to use the LISTNUM field, not the magic numbering button. Bob S |
