Default saving a series to html

In Excel 97 when he had a chart that he could choose any
specific elements of that chart and then save it to an
html file. With Excel 2002, he can only choose the
entire chart or he can choose any one individual element
to save as html. He cannot find out how to choose
selected elements of the chart and save them as one html
file as he could in 97.
Any suggestions ?

Penny -

I don't know how to choose any specific elements of a chart to save as
html, because the chart is save as a gif picture of itself for viewing
in the html page.
