autocorrect
I need to know how to backup autocorrect entries. Where are they located on my computer? I have a great deal of business information stored in autocorrect and I need to know how to back it up in the event I should have to reinstall Word.

Thank you very much. I stumbled on to the answer while reading through another related post. I feel pretty silly that I didn't realize the AutoCorrect entries were macros. Anyway, for me the problem is solved. I greatly appreciate those of you who "know" and are willing to share. Thank you very, very much!!!

AutoCorrect entries are not macros. There is a macro to help you
export/import/copy them, though. -- Charles Kenyon Word New User FAQ & Web Directory: http://addbalance.com/word Intermediate User's Guide to Microsoft Word (supplemented version of Microsoft's Legal Users' Guide) http://addbalance.com/usersguide See also the MVP FAQ: http://www.mvps.org/word which is awesome! --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- This message is posted to a newsgroup.
