Hi there,

We are running into an issue -- whenever a field is
BLANK, the program 'suppresses' the information. We have
a particularily formatted template for diplomas and if
the honors field is empty it moves the next line up and
messes up our spacing.

Any suggestions on how to deal with this? We essentially
need the program to ALWAYS assume that the honors field
has information and therefore keep the correct spacing.

Thank you for your response.

The best way to lock the position of something is to use a borderless table
for the layout.
