Default Mail Merge - Print Preview Problems

I currently create MS WORD 2000 letters & forms using ECEL
2000, with all Service Packs, Critical and recommended
updates. The first time or two of the day the entire
merged document will display under print preview and
print. Then suddenly the next merged document merges
completely, but under print preview only part of the
document is displayed (i.e. 12 letters merged, each only
display top 1/3 or so). I must then completely log off or
even shut down to get the merge to print correctly.

Has anyone seen this or know how to remediate this
annoying issue??

Thanks very much!

Hi Rob,

I've never seen or heard of anything like this before. It's
not clear whether the problme is only print preview, or also
when printing?
