Sounds as though you need to play with the fourth parameter that specifies
the first week of the year. Acceptable values a vbFirstJan1 (1) Start with week in which January 1 occurs (default). vbFirstFourDays (2) Start with the first week that has at least four days in the new year. vbFirstFullWeek (3) Start with first full week of the year. WK: Format(DatePart("ww",[DATE],2,2)-1,"00") returns 14, but you might want to test some other dates and with the other parameter values. -- Doug Steele, Microsoft Access MVP http://I.Am/DougSteele (no e-mails, please!) BASIC PAY: IIf([DAY]"SAT" Or "SUN",[PAID HRS] = 8,0) in my mind it looks correct but it obviously it isn't. What is the correct way to use an "OR" function.Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
