we have one user that we can not view attendee availability, fix?
Using Outlook 2003 we have one user that we cannot see her attendee
availability, just see hash marks. It is frustrating and we are trying to fix it. |

The free/busy information most like is still at the default setting of 2
months. Check this for under Tools - Calendar Option- Free/Busy. I would change it to be for 12 months. This will most likey resolve the issue. She was set to 6 months already but I changed it to 12 just to see and it
still is showing hash marks. This is a very busy individual so I also thought well maybe there is TOO much information and turned it back to 3 months, still just hash marks. Thank you for the effort though. "Francine Otterson" wrote: The free/busy information most like is still at the default setting of 2 months. Check this for under Tools - Calendar Option- Free/Busy. Is this user using a .pst or the Exchange mailbox for the default delivery
location? -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without reading.
